For the Eagle Creek (Trumbull)…including Phalanx Station…Minor
flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Eagle Creek at Phalanx Station.

* WHEN…Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS…At 9.5 feet, Barclay Messerly Road south of the Warren
Airport in Braceville floods. Knowlton Road will be threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 PM EST Sunday the stage was 9.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.6
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage just after midnight tonight.

The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect until 8 PM CDT this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 044 Lane. * TIMING...Until 8 PM CDT this evening. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
