– At 946 PM EST, gauge reports on Symmes Creek at Aid indicated
a stage of 20.2 feet. Flood stage is 19 feet. At 21 feet, low
sections of Symmes Creek Road flood.
– Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis,
Coal Grove, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Chesapeake, Proctorville,
