* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Portions of southern and western West Virginia, including
the following counties, in southern West Virginia, Lincoln. In
western West Virginia, Cabell and Wayne.

* WHEN…Until 345 AM EST.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of creeks and streams continues due to runoff
from prior rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1201 AM EST, minor flooding was occurring at the
Twelvepole Creek gauge near Wayne and on the Mud River.

Huntington, Wayne, Hamlin, Chesapeake, Beech Fork State Park,
Barboursville, Kenova, Milton, Ceredo, Ona, Culloden, South
Point, Burlington, West Hamlin, Salt Rock, Pea Ridge,
Branchland, Lavalette, East Lynn and Myra.
