* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Levisa Fork at Prestonsburg.

* WHEN…Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS…At 43.0 feet, Moderate flooding occurs. Water enters
some homes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:45 AM EST Monday the stage was 43.3 feet and was near
crest.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late today and continue falling to below 22 feet Tuesday
afternoon.
– Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
