High Wind Warning issued February 16 at 10:31PM EST until February 17 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Blacksburg VA

* WHERE…Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN…For the High Wind Warning, until 1 PM EST Monday. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, until 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles. The cold wind chills as low as 10 below
zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
