* WHAT…West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Central and Eastern Allegany and Extreme
Western Allegany Counties. In Virginia, Central Virginia Blue
Ridge and Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, and Eastern Highland and
Western Highland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Grant,
Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, and Western Mineral Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
