Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, and Highland County. In West
Virginia, Eastern Grant, Eastern Pendleton, and Mineral Counties.

* WHEN…Until noon EST today.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
