Special Weather Statement issued February 17 at 1:21AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 121 AM EST, an area of heavy snow was located over Lisbon, or near
Columbiana, moving east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this area of heavy snow.

Locations impacted include…
Salem, Aliquippa, Monaca, Economy, Ambridge, Beaver, Calcutta, Baden,
Rochester, Ohioville, Harmony Township, Lisbon, Midland, Leetonia,
Industry, Shippingport, Conway, Freedom, Bell Acres, and Bridgewater.

This includes Interstate 376 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 33
and 47.

Snow will lead to reduced visibilities and hazardous travel
conditions.
