* WHERE…Portions of northwestern Connecticut and east central and
eastern New York.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong winds along with the weight of snow
and ice on trees will lead to an increased risk of downed trees
and power lines, resulting in power outages.
