Winter Storm Warning issued February 16 at 7:55PM EST until February 17 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Albany NY

* WHAT…For the Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow. Additional snow
accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For
the Lake Effect Snow Warning, heavy lake effect snow expected.
Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches. Winds gusting as
high as 60 mph.

* WHERE…Southern Fulton County.

* WHEN…For the Winter Storm Warning, until 1 AM EST Monday. For
the Lake Effect Snow Warning, from 1 AM Monday to 6 AM EST
Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Roads will remain become slick and hazardous through
this evening resulting in difficult travel conditions. Whiteout
conditions are expected tonight through Tuesday and may make
travel treacherous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heavy lake effect snow will develop later
tonight and continue through Tuesday with the potential for near
blizzard conditions at times.
