Winter Storm Watch issued February 16 at 1:20PM CST until February 19 at 6:00AM CST by NWS Topeka KS

* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and
8 inches possible.

* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, and north central
Kansas.

* WHEN…From late Monday night through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS…Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel
could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the
Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Northeast winds are expected to be 15 to 20
mph with gusts up to 30 mph when the snow could fall. This could
cause blowing and drifting of snow.
