* WHAT…Snow, sleet, and freezing rain forecast with impactful
accumulations. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 8 inches and
ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch possible. Winds
gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest Arkansas and east central and
northeast Oklahoma.

* WHEN…From Tuesday morning through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
likely impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes including
travel along Interstate 44 through northeast Oklahoma.
