* WHERE…Clearfield, Elk, McKean, and Warren Counties.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. Strong winds could cause downed tree limbs and
scattered power outages.
