Winter Weather Advisory issued February 16 at 9:50PM EST until February 17 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Jackson KY

* WHAT…Snow showers expected. Total snow accumulations generally a
dusting up to 1 inch. Isolated higher amounts up to 2 inches
cannot be ruled out. Additionally, lingering moisture on untreated
surfaces will likely freeze and lead to black ice as temperatures
drop into the upper teens to lower twenties overnight.

* WHERE…Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN…Until 4 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The snow could be briefly heavy and lead to
rapid deterioration in travel conditions. Impacts will be variable
over short distances due to the showery nature of the snowfall.
