North Texas and 5 above zero in Central Texas expected.

* WHERE…Most of North and Central Texas.

* WHEN…From 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills between 10 below zero
and 5 above zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite on
exposed skin if precautions are not taken.
