Cold Weather Advisory issued February 18 at 1:39PM CST until February 20 at 10:00AM CST by NWS Memphis TN

* WHAT…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 3 below zero over the Missouri bootheel to the single
digits above zero over north Mississippi. For the second Cold
Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 7 below over the
Missouri bootheel, to around zero over north Mississippi.

* WHERE…Portions of East Arkansas, North Mississippi, Southeast
Missouri, and West Tennessee.

* WHEN…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening
to 10 AM CST Wednesday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from
9 PM Wednesday to 10 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result
in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Very cold
temperatures and Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure.
