central, northwest, and south central Kentucky.

* WHEN…From 1 AM EST /midnight CST/ to 11 AM EST /10 AM CST/
Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures and wind chills prolonged period
of time.
