* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 14 below expected.

* WHERE…Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Southern Wayne, and Wyoming
Counties.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 8 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The coldest wind chills will be observed over
the higher terrain areas of Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern
Wayne Counties. Wind chills in the Wyoming Valley will drop to
around 5 below zero.
