Cold Weather Advisory issued February 18 at 4:45PM EST until February 19 at 11:00AM EST by NWS Burlington VT

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 25 below expected.

* WHERE…Southeastern St. Lawrence, Southern Franklin, Western
Clinton, and Western Essex Counties.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 11 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
