Extreme Cold Warning issued February 18 at 1:32PM CST until February 20 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX

* WHAT…For the first Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind
chills as low as 6 above expected. For the Wind Advisory, north
winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph expected. For the
second Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low
as 3 above expected.

* WHERE…Blanco and Kendall Counties.

* WHEN…For the first Extreme Cold Warning and Wind Advisory, from
midnight tonight to noon CST Wednesday. For the second Extreme
Cold Warning, from midnight Wednesday Night to noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
exposed to these temperatures.
