as 20 below. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind
chills as low as 28 below expected.

* WHERE…In Kansas, Atchison KS and Doniphan Counties. In Missouri,
Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, Holt, and Nodaway Counties.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until midnight CST Wednesday
Night. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight Wednesday Night
to noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
