Flood Warning issued February 18 at 4:29PM EST until February 19 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Charleston WV

* WHAT…Large stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.

* WHERE…A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Gallia and Lawrence.

* WHEN…Until 900 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of Symmes Creek and Raccoon Creek and their
tributaries is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to
flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 428 PM EST, Flooding continues on lower portions of Symmes
Creek and Raccoon Creek and their tributaries.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Chesapeake, Proctorville, Aid, Crown City and Scottown.
