* IMPACTS…Flooding of Symmes Creek and Raccoon Creek and their
tributaries is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to
flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
be passable.

– At 428 PM EST, Flooding continues on lower portions of Symmes
Creek and Raccoon Creek and their tributaries.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
