Flood Warning issued February 18 at 5:31PM CST until February 19 at 6:00PM CST by NWS Memphis TN

* WHAT…Flooding caused by a levee failure is continuing.

* WHERE…A portion of West Tennessee, including the following
county, Obion.

* WHEN…Until 600 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 530 PM CST, Emergency manager reported that the water from
the levee failure on the Obion River at Rives is impacting a
smaller area south of Rives to Obion.
– This includes the following streams and drainages…
Davidson Creek, Dry Creek, Dillard Creek, Mill Creek, North
Fork Obion River, Richland Creek and Troy Creek.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Obion and Mason Hall.
