Rainfall over the last 24 hours combined with snowmelt has resulted
in a rapid rise on the Skokomish river. The river is expected to
approach minor flood stage later tonight.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE…A portion of northwest Washington, including the following
county, Mason.

* WHEN…Through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
