Winter Storm Warning issued February 18 at 2:38PM CST until February 19 at 3:00AM CST by NWS Tulsa OK

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
10 inches with heaviest amounts across northwest Arkansas. Gusty
north winds will cause areas of blowing and some drifting of snow.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest Arkansas and east central and
northeast Oklahoma.

* WHEN…Until 3 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Whiteout conditions are
expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially
life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute.
