north winds will cause areas of blowing and some drifting of snow.
* WHERE…Portions of northwest Arkansas and east central and
northeast Oklahoma.
* WHEN…Until 3 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Whiteout conditions are
expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially
life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute.
