* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 8 and
14 inches with higher amounts possible above 10000 feet in
elevation. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Snowy Range.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM MST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Outdoor recreation could become life threatening to
those caught unprepared for severe winter conditions. Hikers and
snowmobilers may easily become disoriented. Frostbite and
hypothermia can develop quickly.
