elevation.

* WHEN…Until 11 AM MST this morning.

* IMPACTS…Outdoor recreation could become life threatening to
those caught unprepared for severe winter conditions. Hikers and
snowmobilers may easily become disoriented. Frostbite and
hypothermia can develop quickly.
