Winter Storm Warning issued February 19 at 6:15PM EST until February 20 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Blacksburg VA

* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch.

* WHERE…Portions of north central North Carolina and central and
south central Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
morning commute.
