4 to 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Northern and Central Oregon Cascades.

* WHEN…From 4 AM Wednesday to 4 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Highest snow fall rates expected between 8 AM
and 4 PM Wednesday.
