inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as
35 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow this
afternoon.

* WHERE…Niagara County.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult in areas of lake effect snow
near the Lake Ontario shoreline.
