chills as low as 26 below expected.

* WHERE…In Kansas, Leavenworth County. In Missouri, Clinton, De
Kalb, Gentry, Worth, and Platte Counties.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until midnight CST tonight.
For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight tonight to noon CST
Thursday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
