Cold Weather Advisory issued February 19 at 2:07PM CST until February 20 at 10:00AM CST by NWS Memphis TN

* WHAT…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 9 below expected tonight. For the second Cold Weather
Advisory, very cold temperatures as low as 1 below expected Friday
morning.

* WHERE…Portions of East Arkansas, Southeast Missouri, and West
Tennessee.

* WHEN…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening
to 10 AM CST Thursday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from
midnight Thursday Night to noon CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
