Cold Weather Advisory issued February 19 at 2:19PM CST until February 20 at 9:00AM CST by NWS Mobile AL

* WHAT…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 9 above expected. For the second Cold Weather Advisory,
very cold wind chills as low as 12 expected.

* WHERE…Portions of south central and southwest Alabama, northwest
Florida, and southeast Mississippi.

* WHEN…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight
to 9 AM CST Thursday. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from
midnight Thursday Night to 9 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. An extended period of
subfreezing temperatures could cause pipes to burst.
