* WHERE…Brooks, Inland Kenedy, Jim Hogg, and Zapata Counties.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, from midnight tonight to 9
AM CST Thursday. For the Freeze Warning, from 3 AM to 9 AM CST
Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Take steps now to finish protecting cold sensitive
plants and crops. Frost and freeze conditions could damage crops,
other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
