* WHEN…Until 10 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Wind chill values will be between 20 and 25
degrees through the evening, then dropping down to below 20
degrees tonight and into Thursday morning.
