Extreme Cold Warning issued February 19 at 1:11PM CST until February 20 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Lubbock TX

* WHAT…Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero
expected.

* WHERE…The South Plains, Rolling Plains, and the far southern
Texas Panhandle.

* WHEN…Until noon CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result
in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and
hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures.
