Extreme Cold Warning issued February 19 at 2:03PM CST until February 20 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Little Rock AR

* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low
as 9 below. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind
chills as low as 15 below expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast,
southwest, and western Arkansas.

* WHEN…For the Cold Weather Advisory, until midnight CST tonight.
For the Extreme Cold Warning, from midnight tonight to noon CST
Thursday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and
hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures. An extended period of freezing temperatures could
cause ruptured water pipes. Wind chill values can lead to
hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
