forecast.

* IMPACTS…At 51.0 feet, All river islands along the reach from Red
River Landing to Baton Rouge will be inundated. Recreational camps
and river bottom farm land will be under water.

– At 10:00 AM CST Wednesday the stage was 45.9 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 46.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Saturday evening to a crest of 50.0 feet Thursday, February
27. It will then fall below flood stage Friday, March 07.
