* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Cumberland River at Williamsburg.

* WHEN…Until early Friday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:00 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 28.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river will gradually fall to below flood stage
by late Thursday night.
– Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
