Ohio River near Henderson affecting Vanderburgh, Posey and
Henderson Counties.

Ohio River at J.T. Myers Dam affecting Posey and Union Counties.

Ohio River at Shawneetown affecting Crittenden, Hardin, Gallatin
and Union Counties.

Ohio River at Mount Vernon affecting Vanderburgh, Posey, Union
and Henderson Counties.

continue to cause rises on the Ohio River that will last through
next week.

For the Ohio River…including Owensboro, Newburgh Dam, Evansville,
Henderson, Mount Vernon, J.T. Myers Dam, Shawneetown, Golconda,
Smithland Dam, Paducah, Olmsted Lock and Dam, Cairo…Moderate
flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Ohio River at Evansville.

* WHEN…Until Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 45.0 feet, Many county roads are flooded and some are
impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 5:00 AM CST Thursday the stage was 43.5 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 5:00 AM CST Thursday was 43.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 44.2
feet Sunday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
early Wednesday afternoon.
– Flood stage is 42.0 feet.
