accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations around two
tenths of an inch.

* WHERE…Coastal Plain into a portion of the northern Piedmont.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Greatest impacts for hazardous travel will
continue until 10 PM and midnight tonight.
