Winter Weather Advisory issued February 19 at 1:40PM EST until February 20 at 7:00PM EST by NWS Northern Indiana

* WHAT…Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
1 and 4 inches.

* WHERE…Elkhart County, heaviest snow across northwest portions of
the county.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM EST Thursday. Snow showers will be light and
scattered late this afternoon into this evening. The heavier lake
effect snow develops after midnight and continues at times through
the day Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions and times of reduced visibilities. Areas of blowing
snow are also possible on Thursday. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Thursday morning and Thursday evening commutes.
