* WHAT…Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations 3 to 6
inches in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE…Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie
Counties. Greatest amounts will be closer to the Lake Erie
shoreline and on the Chautauqua Ridge, with only 1 to 2 inches in
southern and eastern portions of Cattaraugus County.

* WHEN…From 4 AM Thursday to 4 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be difficult. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.

Vernon, Chipley, Graceville, Bonifay, Marianna, Bradford, Cottondale, Ponce De Leon, Alford, Caryville, Wausau, Esto, Westville, Noma, Whitehead Crossroads, Cerrogordo, Gritney, Izagora, New Hope, and Noma Junction.
