* WHAT…Very cold wind chills between 15 to 25 degrees expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN…From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures. This long duration of
subfreezing temperatures can cause water pipes to burst.
