* WHAT…For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 3 degrees above expected. For the second Cold Weather
Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 8 degrees above expected.

* WHERE…Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, north
central and northwest Louisiana, and east and northeast Texas.

* WHEN…From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures and wind chills.
