Cold Weather Advisory issued February 20 at 2:43PM EST until February 21 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills from 10 to 15 below expected above
3500 feet today. The very cold wind chills will become common in
valley locations as well as the higher elevations tonight.

* WHERE…Graham, Haywood, Madison, Mitchell, Swain, and Yancey
Counties.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
