Caruthersville, Osceola, Memphis, Tunica Mhoon Landing, Helena…
Minor flooding is forecast.
For the L’anguille River…including Palestine…Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Obion River…including Martin, Obion, Bogota…Moderate
flooding is forecast.
For the North Fork Forked Deer River…including Dyersburg…Minor
flooding is forecast.
For the Little River…including Rivervale…Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…South Fork of the Forked Deer near Halls.

* WHEN…Until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 12.5 feet, Water is flowing over Highway 210 north of
Halls. Several low-lying roads near the South Fork of the Forked
Deer River are flooded.

– At 11:00 AM CST Thursday the stage was 12.0 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:00 AM CST Thursday was 12.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall to 11.0 feet by
