* WHERE…Cumberland River at Williamsburg.

* WHEN…Until late Friday tonight.

* IMPACTS…At 21.0 feet, Flooding threatens low lying roads and
structures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 12:00 PM EST Thursday the stage was 22.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late this evening but will continue to run high through
midday Friday.
– Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
