…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Florida…

Apalachicola River near Blountstown affecting Gulf, Calhoun,
Franklin and Liberty Counties.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Apalachicola River near Blountstown.

* WHEN…Until tomorrow morning. River is forecast to fall below
flood stage by 4AM EST/ 3AM CST.

* IMPACTS…At 18.0 feet, Forest Road 115 in Liberty County at River
Styx Campground will flood, isolating access to the site.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:15 PM EST Thursday /6:15 PM CST Thursday/ the stage was
17.8 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:15 PM EST Thursday /6:15 PM CST Thursday/ was
18.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
just after midnight tonight and continue falling to 11.2 feet
Tuesday evening.
– Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
17.5 feet on 02/01/2023.
